I've Found the Right Mortgage for Me, What Does My Arizona Mortgage Broker Need Now?

OK I found the best Mortgage from my Arizona Mortgage Broker. Now what?

You've found the perfect house. You've found the perfect Mortgage. Everything is in place. But somehow nothing is in place. You and your Arizona mortgage broker still have a lot of work to do. They will need a lot of documentation, cooperation, and participation from you from here on out. Here are a few things your Arizona mortgage broker will need from you now that everything is in place:

-A purchase contract—you may or may not have one yet for the home you are purchasing, but if you do, give it to your broker.

-You’ll need your basic identity info: social security information, ID, etc.

-Your banking information: balances on all checking and savings accounts and the information to your bank (address, phone number, etc.)

-Your employment and address history for the last two years, including phone numbers, addresses, etc.

-Tax records for the last two years

-Any debt information that you have (Your broker will need to determine your debt to income ratio—this is key!)

How Can My Arizona Mortgage Broker Help Me Qualify For a Mortgage?

You’re about to be very surprised at what an Arizona mortgage broker can do for you that you can’t do for yourself. You may think you can do the Mortgage on your own, but your broker can help you greatly. They can represent you honestly, but positively, which is especially important if you have poor credit history.

They will help you gather your documentation, prepare it for you in a Mortgage application, and shop around for the best interest rates. Arizona mortgage brokers know the ins and outs of the market, so leave this hard stuff to them and you get going on the rest of the home buying process.
